General conditions.

All prices displayed at our home page are VAT included and exclusive of stamping and attendance fee.

Stamping and attendance fee amount to dkr. 105,00.

We can deliver stamps within 3-4 working days. The particular type of Impressor, however, 6-7 working days. Visiting cards 7-8 working days. The above mentioned periods are intended only as a guide.

Posting from Jysk Stempel & Kliché ApS is done by Post Danmark unless nothing else has been agreed.

If the ordered product for reasons not referring to Jysk Stempel & Kliché ApS is not as expected a return may be arranged and you can get full or partial credit.

This has to be agreed before returning.

Products made to order are NOT returnable if the only reason is that they do not live up to the purchaser’s expectations.

If flaws or defects are detected at the receipt, you must immediately or at least within 7 days from the date of the invoice inform Jysk Stempel & Kliché ApS. The defect will as soon as possible be repaired or a substitute will be sent.

Jysk Stempel & Kliché ApS are not responsible for products:

• which have not been used correctly
• where the purchaser has not provided sufficient information for us to advise correctly about the use.
• where the product is used in a function that has not been informed about and thereby causing damage to things or persons.
